FIELD: medicine, anesthesiology. SUBSTANCE: after injecting the first dose of relaxant one should measure maximum pressure in the canal for supplying respiratory mixture of apparatus of artificial pulmonary ventilation (Pinit) and then at appearance of patient's muscular activity (Pprop) one should detect DeltaPprop as the difference between Pprop and Pinit, then the second dose of relaxant should be injected and then, in the course of operation, it is necessary to measure maximum pressure value at every inhalation-expiration cycle in the canal for supplying respiratory mixture (Pcurr), compare it against Pinit by detecting the current difference DeltaPcurr, compare DeltaPcurr value against threshold value which is established to be lower than DeltaPprop for every patient and when DeltaPcurr is increased up to threshold value one should introduce another dose of relaxant.
