FIELD: stag breeding. SUBSTANCE: immediately after separating tails from the carcass they should be placed into 14-16%-solution of alumopotassium alum for 3-5 h, hair covering should be removed, then they should be washed in cold water and dried at 45-50 C. The method enables to conserve biologically active substances during the whole year without losses and excludes putrefactive processes and greasing. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 tbl |
