PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innovative cookstove for barbecue which has an extremely high commercial value. SOLUTION: The cookstove for barbecue is composed of a cookstove body 2 in which fuels 1 such as charcoal and fuelwood can be contained and barbecuing utensils 3 such as a grill and a metal plate which are placed on an upper opening of the cookstove body 2 for cooking. The cookstove for barbecue is provided with a barbecuing utensil shifting structure 4 by which a fuel passing space S for letting the fuels 1 pass and putting the fuels 1 in the cookstove body 2 can be formed between the barbecuing utensil 3 and the upper opening of the cookstove body 2 by shifting the barbecuing utensil 3 placed on the upper opening of the cookstove body 2.
