PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reducing device capable of reducing noise such as road noise as well as engine noise. SOLUTION: A specific reference signal pattern is read from a reference signal pattern memory 18 having a plurality of reference signal patterns stored therein beforehand based on a navigation map information 19 and outputted to a reference signal generating part 12. The reference signal patterns stored in the reference signal pattern memory 18 are stored by actually traveling a vehicle one time, and may be used in a second traveling or subsequent.
