PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woodworking cutter equipped with circular saw blade improved so as to more efficiently perform shift correcting work by an attached push/pull screw when it is cleared that the direction of the rotary shaft of circular saw blade is shifted from a normal direction, from the state of the cut end of a work. SOLUTION: The base ends of one set of shaking arms revolved in a longitudinal direction are fitted in the bearing members provided to both left and right ends of an attaching base which is attached to the vertical frame of a cutter in a freely up and down movable manner and a rotary shaft is provided so as to straddle across both bearings provided to the leading ends of both arms. The circular saw blade is attached to the projected end, which is formed by projecting one end of the rotary shaft to the outside of the bearing, and one set of upper and lower or front and rear push/pull screws are provided so as to be adapted when the direction of the rotary shaft is shifted from the normal direction. In this woodworking cutter, a revolving quantity display is provided in order to indirectly confirm the degree of the shift through the revolving quantities of the push/pull screws.
