PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding blade, a grinding device and a grinding method capable of mass-producing a core member with high size accuracy having a circular core and a non-circular collar from a non-circular core raw material. SOLUTION: A groove 12 is linearly provided in one face of a blade base body 11 and a front end is opened to one end of the blade base body 11. In a one end side of the blade base body 11 where the groove 12 is opened, first and second inclined faces 131 and 132 are arranged on both sides of the groove 12 and they are inclined toward the one end side of the blade base body 11 in a depth direction of the groove 12 from the one face of the blade base body 11. A third inclined face 133 is positioned in front of the first and second inclined faces 131 and 132, and it is inclined from a bottom face 121 of the groove 12 in a direction the same as inclined directions of the first and second inclined faces 131 and 132.
