FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves electrifying internal surface of prosthesis until positive charge sediments with superficial density equal to 3,3x10-11-3,3x10-8 kl/m2,, heat-stabilizing the charges at a temperature of 150±2°C, filling the prosthesis with endothelium suspension in culturing medium and fixing the endothelial cells on the internal prosthesis surface. Autogenous endothelium of the patient is taken as endothelium or human endothelium at the intrauterine development stage. EFFECT: simplified method; high degree of prosthesis sterility. 4 cl, 2 dwg
