The procedure for making a ready-to-bond component consists of moulding at least part (7) of the component in the presence of an adhesive bead (4) of the required configuration and section. The adhesive bead is prefabricated and placed in the mould, pre-treated to enhance its adhesive properties, and the component is then moulded in contact with it. The adhesive bead can be made in a first section (11) of the mould, e.g. over a protective film layer (9) by injection moulding or extrusion, and the component, or part of it, can be moulded in a second section (14). |
