PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an aluminum alloy board suitable for the manufacture of beautiful aluminum cooking ware is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of melting 100 wt.% of an aluminum ingot with purity of higher than 99.8 % and 10 wt.% of Cr in alloying furnace to obtain aluminum-chromium alloy ingot; 100 wt.% of an aluminum ingot with purity of higher than 99.8 % and 10 wt.% of Fe in alloying furnace to obtain aluminum-iron alloy ingot; 100 wt.% of an aluminum ingot with purity of higher than 99.8 % and 10 wt.% of Ni in alloying furnace to obtain aluminum-nickel alloy ingot in alloying furnace; charging 1000 parts by weight of aluminum ingot with a purity of hither than 99.8 %, 0.75 to 0.85 parts by weight of Cr alloy ingot, 0.45 to 0.55 parts by weight of Ni alloy ingot and 0.2 to 0.25 parts by weight of Fe alloy ingot into a smelting furnace; injecting a degassing agent into a melt tapped from the smelting furnace to remove impurities; injecting particle refiner into the melt, followed by agitation; casting the melt using casting mold in the temperature range of 710 to 720 deg.C; surface-cutting the casting mold to remove impure particles by using surface grinder, followed by hot rolling, cold rolling, press-forming and annealing.
