PURPOSE: A muffler is provided not to give inconvenience to citizens by decreasing noise. CONSTITUTION: The muffler is composed of a vibration guide wing(2), which is provided with a vibration damper(3) formed in a steel container and filled with fluid materials such as water and a high-tensile bolt and guides guide the vibration of a rail(1), and fastened to the rail(1) by a bolt and a nut to reduce the noise caused while a train runs or approaches.
