PURPOSE: A system and method for a network member management, and a community web site using the same are provided to enable members to create a value through interaction of members through an unlimited network formation. CONSTITUTION: The first network is a tree structure network having a joining recommender-subscriber relation. The second network is a derivative network which is created by an activity in a web site among members and a friendship relation of an exterior of a web site. The tree network is formed by members of other web site of an exterior. At least one network relation is formed and stored. The relations are arranged an integrated web structure, and the members are managed using member information of the Internet web site.
