SPONGE SHEET HAVING PATTERN AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a sponge sheet having a pattern which is used in sandals for women or shoe soles and construction elements such as sound insulators and heat insulators and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The sponge sheet is produced by putting 49 to 51 kg of ethylene vinyl acetate, 19 to 21 kg of calcium carbonate, 11 to 13 kg of evans clay and 0.5 to 0.7 stearic acid to a kneader, followed by melting and kneading; adding 2.5 to 2.7 kg of modified azodicarbon amide (ACP-3), 0.65 to 0.85 kg of modified azodicarbon amide (DX-74AT), 0.4 to 0.6 of a cross-linker(DCP), 4.5 to 5.5 kg of KHS-68, 0.05 to 0.07 kg of iron oxide(red) and 0.62 to 0.82 kg of iron oxide(yellow) to the mixture; injecting the mixture to a hopper, followed by extrusion to form pellets; dehydrating the pellets in a centrifuge, followed by drying; applying iron oxide on the pellets; forming the pellets into a sheet by foaming; and cooling the sheet.
