PURPOSE: A pail for a livestock barn is provided to avoid the generation of moss in the pail by blocking ultraviolet irradiation and prevent diseases of livestock. CONSTITUTION: The pail comprises: a main body(1); a heater storage portion(2); an upper placing portion(100) having a plurality of open portions(100a) placed on the top face of the main body; a plurality of ultraviolet and foreign material blocking units(200); a water temperature sensor; a feed water and water level regulating portion; a feed water and water level regulating portion protective cover(4) having a plurality of circulating holes(5) on its section; a control portion; a holder; and a height control unit(9).
