STRUCTURE OF BACK PRESSURE CHAMBER OF SCROLL COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: Back pressure chamber structure for a scroll compressor is provided to improve axial compliance by lifting an orbiting scroll member up with moving up a floating plate in flowing middle pressure to the back pressure chamber in operating the compressor. CONSTITUTION: Fluid is compressed by moving an orbiting scroll member(20) on an upper frame(30) with facing to a fixing scroll member(10) in a sealing shell. A back pressure chamber(31) is formed in the upper part of the upper frame under the orbiting scroll member, and a floating plate(40) is formed in the back pressure chamber. A back pressure path(50) is formed between the back pressure chamber and the fixing scroll member, and the orbiting scroll member is lifted up by moving up the floating plate in flowing pressure into the back pressure. The floating plate comprises double plates(41,42), and fixed by an assembling pin(43).
