PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing subliminal activating data by using a CBS(Cell Broadcasting System) are provided to enable a user to connect a server storing the subliminal activating data through a cellular phone without regarding time and places, so that the user does not need to purchase a brain activating system or a subliminal disc additionally. CONSTITUTION: A service system delivers an announcement character message for subliminal activating data to wireless terminals based on IMT-2000(International Mobile Telecommunications 2000) of a plurality of users(A). The users checks the announcement character message for subliminal activating data received to the wireless terminals, to connect an ARS(Automatic Response System) S/V(Server), a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) S/V, or a Wavelet S/V(304,305). And the users receive the subliminal activating data by using a CBS and end connections(308). If the subliminal activating data are produced as moving images, the users connect the Wavelet S/V to download the data. And if the subliminal activating data are produced as text or voice, the users connect the WAP S/V or ARS S/V to download the data. |
