PURPOSE: A microbattery-capacitor hybrid device and its preparation method are provided, which is used as a power source for a microdevice requiring high energy and is reduced in mass and volume compared with the case that a battery and a capacitor are made separately. CONSTITUTION: The microbattery-capacitor hybrid device comprises a first electrode part(10) used as a positive electrode of an electrochemical capacitor and/or a positive electrode of a battery; a second electrode part(20) which is formed on the identical plane and is used as a negative electrode of an electrochemical capacitor and/or a positive electrode of a battery; an electrolyte layer(40) formed on the top surface of the first electrode part and the second electrode part; a third electrode part(30) which is formed on the top surface of the electrolyte layer and is used as a negative electrode of a battery; and a protection layer(50) formed on the top surface of the electrolyte layer and the third electrode part for protecting the electrolyte layer and the electrolyte parts. |
