PURPOSE: A combining device is provided to easily combine or release a combining strap by installing a stopper. CONSTITUTION: Many supporting slots(31,32,33,34,41,42,43,44) are formed in an upper supporting plate and a lower supporting plate(40). The upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate are varied according to the leading of combining straps(11,12,13,14) by relatively facing each other. The space of the combining strap is varied between the upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate by accepting the combining strap in the supporting slots. A stopper(20) in the combining straps has a spring and a pressing piece to control the combining straps by the spring. Thereby, a combining device is used semi-permanently.
