PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a moving picture with picture using flash-program is provided to enable a user to manufacture a moving picture based on contents of a picture diary created by an elementary schoolchild using a flash-program. CONSTITUTION: A picture diary(10) of an elementary schoolchild is scanned and stored in a computer as a file. Characters photographed on a picture in the file are cut using a flash-program(20). Movements are expressed in the each cut character using the flash-program(20) without deforming a shape of the original work. The movements of the objects are combined adapted to contents of the picture diary(10) successively, and an effect sound is attached adapted to the movement.
