PURPOSE: An iron fence is provided to simplify an installation work for an iron fence and to reduce installation costs. CONSTITUTION: The iron fence comprises the steps of installing many vertical posts(1) vertically on the ground at regular intervals, coupling a wire net(4) to the vertical post(1), forming a fitting groove along the vertical post(1), coupling upper/lower horizontal frames and both vertical frames in the shape of a square frame between the vertical posts(1) installed adjacently, installing a wire net(4) in the square frame, interposing both vertical frames of a wire netting frame(11) to a fitting groove of the vertical post(1) in the slide type, installing a fixed cover(14) provided with a horizontal frame holding part for covering and holding the top of the horizontal frame of the wire netting frame(11) and a vertical post cover for covering the top of the vertical post(1) on the vertical post(1), and coupling the fixed cover(14) to the vertical post(1) by a screw.
