PURPOSE: A system for constructing a network shopping mall using an Internet cafe and an electronic commerce method using the same are provided to search a commodity and receive an advertisement and commodity information easily by constructing the shopping mall in many Internet cafes and executing authentication, payment, and management of supply network. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of Internet cafes(110-130) have many PCs which are connected through a LAN. The PC is connected to the Internet through an Internet private line. A shopping mall is constructed in the Internet cafes(110-130). The Internet cafes(110-130) include an Internet cafe manager computer capable of executing an electronic commerce. A central server(200) executes a shopping mall agent of each Internet cafe(110-130) through the Internet, searches/authenticates commodity order contents, and pays a price in a database in accordance with a request of a shopping mall user(100). A supply company(300) supplies a commodity selected by a user in accordance with a request of the central server(200).
