PURPOSE: A fixed quantity cutting/extracting device is provided to prevent the corrosion of a gate of a bin and to uniformly control the cut and extracted amount of raw ores by uniformly maintaining the tension of a conveyor belt and installing a fixed quantity cutting/extracting roller on the gate. CONSTITUTION: A fixed quantity cutting/extracting roller is fixed on a gate of a bin by a plummer block(7) and installed with a slave sprocket(9) to be connected with the end of a shaft through a chain. A conveyor belt(19) is installed in the lower part of the bin to carry raw ores to be cut and extracted from the gate. A driving roller(12) is installed under the conveyor belt and touched with the lower face of the conveyor belt to receive the driving force of the conveyor belt. A chain(10) connects the slave sprocket with a driving sprocket(11) to transfer the driving force to the fixed amount cutting/extracting roller. Thereby, the quality of the raw ores is improved by uniformly controlling the cut/extracted amount of the raw ores. Moreover, the cost is reduced by preventing the damage of the gate.
