STRIP-CUTTING TYPE NON-MELTING BONDING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A strip-cutting type non-melting bonding device is provided to prevent fault caused by impurities and to improve workability by preventing impurities from being created when a bending process is carried out. CONSTITUTION: A bonding knife(3) is formed at an upper end of a frame(1). Upper and lower ends of the bonding knife(3) are fixed to the frame. The lower end of the bonding knife(3) is connected to a hydraulic cylinder(2). A motor(9) and a hydraulic pump(8) are installed at an upper portion of the frame. An oil tank(11) is coupled to a hydraulic valve(6). A side guide(14) is provided to determine a center of iron plates(4a,4b). The bonding knife(3) is divided into upper and lower parts and a base plate is fixed to the frame(1) by means of a bolt. The base plate is moved up and down by means of the hydraulic cylinder.
