APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING SCREEN TORQUE OF VIBRATION MILL HOPPER

PURPOSE: A screen torque control apparatus is provided to automatically stop a belt conveyer by operating a limit switch when sludge is introduced into a screen accommodated in a vibration mill hopper. CONSTITUTION: A screen torque control apparatus(100) includes a mechanically driven section and a limit switch(200). A fixing base(120) is fixed to a hopper. The fixing base(120) has a rectangular shape and is formed with a hole(102). Shafts(103,107) are connected to the fixing base(120). A spring compressor(110) and a torque control link(101) are assembled with the fixing base(120). The spring compressor(110) has two circular caps(104,106) and an adjusting bolt(104a), which is coupled with a fixing shaft(103). A pin(104b) is inserted into an end portion of the fixing shaft(103) in order to prevent the adjusting bolt(104a) from being separated from the fixing shaft(103).
