MOVABLE FINGER GUIDER BY SIZES OF SHEET PRODUCTS

PURPOSE: A movable finger guider is provided to eliminate the manual operation of an operator and to finely maintain the quality of sheet products by automatically correcting the position of a movable finger corresponding to the size of the sheet products. CONSTITUTION: A packing saddle(5) is drawn by a packing conveyor(220). Many fixing fingers are protruded in the center of the packing saddle. Recessed grooves are formed in both sides of the fixing fingers. Many movable fingers are installed in the packing saddle crosswise. A finger moving portion(30) has guide members in both sides of the packing saddle. The finger moving portion moves the movable fingers on the packing saddle by inserting the movable fingers through an inner passage of each guide member. A wide adjusting member(65) has a screw shaft(70) to be extended toward the crosswise direction of the packing conveyor from the rear side of the finger moving portion. The wide adjusting member has a motor(72) to rotate the screw shaft forward and backward. Plural moving blocks(67) is screwed on the screw shaft by connecting with the end of the guide members. The width between the guide members is adjusted according to the width of a sheet product. Thereby, the width of finger members corresponds to the width of the sheet product.
