PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of high elastic polyester textured yarn has at least 100-130m/min of yarn speed. Therefore, the manufacturing device is capable of preventing sag arisen between a delivery roller and a winding roller and increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing device of the high elastic polyester textured yarn is comprised of: a supplying roller(203) driven by a motor(202) and supplied grey yarn from a bobbin(201); a heating device(205) heating the yarn supplied from the supplying roller(203); an untwisting device(206) untwisting the yarn; the delivery roller(207) delivering the untwisted yarn to a sag preventing device; the sag preventing device delivering the yarn to the winding roller(211) at high speed; the winding roller(211) wound the yarn on cheese type; and a belt(204) driving the supplying roller, the delivery roller, the sag preventing device and the winding roller.
