SCROLL COMPRESSOR WITH STRUCTURE FOR REDUCING NOISE

PURPOSE: A scroll compressor having a noise reduction structure is provided to decrease noise by absorbing and shutting off noise from the compressor to the fixing scroll with forming a different material isolation layer in a guide groove of an upper frame. CONSTITUTION: A sealing shell is formed by bonding an upper chamber, an intermediate chamber and a lower chamber, and a fixing scroll(20) is engaged with an orbiting scroll(30) through involute wraps(32) in the sealing shell. A pressure separation plate is arranged in the upper part of the fixing scroll, and plural protrusion guides(26) are combined with guide grooves(44) of an upper frame(40) with sliding up and down without rotating. An isolation layer(100) is made of nonmetal, plastic or Teflon, and formed in the outside of the protrusion guide of the fixing scroll or the inside of the guide groove. Noise is shut off by absorbing noise in the different material isolation layer.
