PURPOSE: A failure managing method in a base station control processor is provided to protect a base station system from an external fatal environment by analyzing environment data received from a base station. CONSTITUTION: When an ALMH(Alarm Hardware Block) is initialized or when a failure state is changed, a message is received and processed. A message is periodically transferred to and received from the ALMH to check a failure which is managed by a BCP(Base station Control Processor). Failure generation/recovery information is stored in an internal data structure. The failure generation/recovery information is transferred to an R-OMS(RAN Oamp; Manager Subsystem) according to a message report filter content for user's recognition.
