PURPOSE: Provided is a moxibustion instrument with performing acupressure which forms upper edge of an acupressure part in an arc type to perform acupressure on patients' affected part so that it improves moxibustion effect. CONSTITUTION: The moxibustion instrument with performing acupressure is characterized by comprising the parts of: the acupressure part which consists of an acupressure side to let plural penetration holes(111) punched and have combustion space(120) including plural ventilating holes(121); and a grip part(200) which is combined with the acupressure part to get the acupressure part carried conveniently, with forming a hole for filling mugwort.
