PURPOSE: A solid enzyme cultivator is provided to culture solid enzyme under various conditions and, to test and analyze it. CONSTITUTION: The solid enzyme cultivator contains a cover(5) having hot wires inserted into grooves in a ceiling, an agitating apparatus(4) having an agitator(20) going back and forth along the rail, linked with a motor through an agitation chain, and a cultivating plate(11) within the cultivating vessel, on which the agitator goes back and forth along the rail; and an incubator(1) having a ventilation duct connected with a heater(15)-containing air conditioner(13), controlling the temperature and humidity using hot water from a water-supplying tank and providing the hot water into a supply room(3) via a blower(14).
