PURPOSE: A simple method for manufacturing glass lamp covers is provided to form diverse and natural patterns without special molds by bending flexible molds filled with transparent molten glass and milky materials. CONSTITUTION: The glass lamp cover is manufactured by the following steps of: preparing molten glass by melting glass materials over 1200deg.C; pouring a first transparent molten glass(60) into a flexible mold(50) to be an effective thickness; adding milky materials(70), chosen according to use and space for glass lamps; pouring a second transparent molten glass(80) into the mold and stirring the mixture with a rod(90) to make patterns naturally; bending the mold; removing the flexible mold and cooling slowly.
