PURPOSE: A handsfree speaker phone device for a mobile terminal is provided to effectively reduce a howling phenomenon and an echo sound at a lot cost. CONSTITUTION: A CODEC(111) controls a speaker(104) driven by an internal amplifier. A speaker(104) is included in a mobile terminal(102). An ear bud(106) is connected to the CODEC(111) through an output terminal(110). A mode select switch(340) allows a user to select a speaker(330) or the ear bud(106) according to a position of a speaker select switch(410) without physically disconnecting the connection of an electric connection unit(305). A controller of the mode select switch(340) is positioned in the same housing as a controller of the speaker select switch(410). The mode select switch(340) connects a ground of the ear bud(106), the speaker(330) and an MIC(320). When the speaker(330) is selected, the speaker select switch(410) issues an alarm to an MSM(Mobile Station Modem) chip to operate an audio amplifier.
