PURPOSE: Provided is a composition of rapidly hardened cement-based injection liquid which enables to repair of micro-cracks of concrete, gives early strength and applies to wet sides. CONSTITUTION: The cement-based injection liquid comprises 100pts.wt. of hydraulic cement, micro cement(<=0.05mm), 1-20pts.wt. of polymeric cement dispersant such as acryl, ethylene vinyl acetate, or polystyrene resin, 0.1-1.5pts.wt. of antifoaming agent such as tributyl phosphate, silicon derivatives or polyether polyol, 1-10pts.wt. of aluminum sulfate, and 20-60pts.wt of water. The micro-cracks of cement are repaired by injecting a mixed solution of the first and the second solution, having a weight ratio of 1:0.2 - 1;1.3, to the crack, wherein the first solution contains hydraulic cement, polymeric cement dispersant, and antifoaming agent, and the second solution contains aluminum sulfate and water.
