STRUCTURE FOR INSULATING NOISE OF SCROLL COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A structure for insulating noise of a scroll compressor is provided to insulate noise efficiently by transferring working noise from the compressor to an intermediate chamber with inserting a different material isolation plate between an upper frame and the intermediate chamber. CONSTITUTION: A sealing shell(A) is formed by bonding an upper chamber(10), an intermediate chamber(12) and a lower chamber, and a fixing scroll(20) is engaged with an orbiting scroll(30) through involute wraps(22,32) in the sealing shell. A pressure separation plate(60) is arranged in the upper part of the fixing scroll, and fluid compressed by scrolls is discharged into the upper chamber. The orbiting scroll is supported on an upper frame(40) by an eccentric shaft(52) of a crankshaft(50), and fluid is compressed with translation by a coupling(34). A different material isolation plate(100) is formed between the intermediate chamber and the upper frame to insulate noise from the compressor to the intermediate chamber.
