NOVEL CATECHOL HYDRAZIDE DERIVATIVE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A novel catechol hydrazide derivative, its preparation method and a pharmaceutical composition containing the derivative are provided, which derivative has a phosphodiesterase IV or TNF (tumor necrosis factor) inhibiting activity. CONSTITUTION: The catechol hydrazide derivative is represented by the formula 1 and includes its pharmaceutically acceptable salts or its isomers, wherein R1 is a cycloalkyl group of C3-C7, an indanyl group or a benzyl group; R2 is H, an alkyl group of C1-C5, or a carbonyl group substituted with an alkoxy group of C1-C5, a phenyl group, a phenoxy group or a benzyloxy group; R3 and R4 are independently H or an alkyl group of C1-C5; Y represents a direct bonding or is -CO- or -C(=O)O-; and R5 is H, an alkoxy group of C1-C5, an alkyl group of C1-C7 unsubstituted or substituted with at least one substituent selected from a halogen atom, a phenyl group, a pyridyl group and a hydroxy group, a phenyl group unsubstituted or substituted with at least one substituent selected from a nitro group, a cyano group, a halogen atom, an alkyl group of C1-C3 and an alkoxy group of C1-C4, or a pyridyl group(wherein the halogen atom is F, Cl or Br).
