MIXING HEAD BLOCK FOR POLYURETHANE FOAMING MACHINE HAVING WATER WASHING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A mixing head block of a polyurethane foaming machine with a water washing apparatus is provided to wash inside a mixing chamber by using water in high temperature and high pressure without poisonous washing agent. CONSTITUTION: A mixing head block(10) of a polyurethane foaming machine with a water washing apparatus includes injection nozzles(30); pipes(42); a water pump(40); a water tank(50) and a pipe(52). Injection nozzles are inserted to holes formed to a side of a mixing chamber(12). Pipes are connected to injection nozzles, and have check valves(32) on each middle portion. The water pump supplies water in high temperature and high pressure into pipes. The water tank stores hot water heated by an electric heater to supply hot water to the water pump. Hot water is supplied to the water pump from the water tank through the pipe. Thereby, working environment is improved and cost is reduced by using hot water in high pressure without poisonous agent.
