PURPOSE: An ATM interface board is provided to perform a high speed function and a low speed function as well as have many ports. CONSTITUTION: A global router(100) receives a call outputted from a mobile station and outputs it to the first and second ATM cell multiplexers(110,120). The first and second ATM cell multiplexers(110,120) multiplex the call received from the global router(100) and output the multiplexed call to the first and second ACIAs(ATM Cell Interface Assemblies)(130,140). The ACIAs(130,140) firstly interface the multiplexed call received from the first and second ATM cell multiplexers(110,120) and output the interfaced call to the first and second PCIAs(PFC Interface Assemblies)(150,160). The fist and second PCIAs(150,160) secondly interface the call received from the first and second ACIAs(130,140) and output the interfaced call to the first and second packet data control boards(170,180). The first and second packet data control boards(170,180) control the call received from the first and second PCIAs(150,160).
