PURPOSE: An electronic key apparatus provided with a simplified key pad, which has a safety in security by constructing a simple structure capable of inputting all numbers 0 to 9 by only two buttons without a conventional secrete keys 0 to 9. CONSTITUTION: An electronic key apparatus provided with a simplified key pad includes a pair of buttons(12,14) for inputting different count numbers assigned to at least two in response to the push operation time, a count process block(20) for processing the total number count inputted through the individual button by determining whether the push operation time exceeds a predetermined time by receiving the two button operation signals, a secret number comparing block(30) for outputting the control signal the secret number of the user operation supplied through the count process block with the secret number previously stored at the memory and a locker(50) for locking or unlocking in response to the output of the secret number comparing block(30).
