DIFFUSIVE REFLECTOR, TRANSFER PROTOTYPE USED FOR MANUFACTURING, TRANSFER BASE FILM, TRANSFER FILM, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DIFFUSIVE REFLECTOR

PURPOSE: A diffusive reflector, a transfer prototype for manufacturing the diffusive reflector, a transfer base film, a transfer film and a manufacturing method of the diffusive reflector are provided to offer favorable display quality which efficiently reflects external light entering at various angles in the upper direction or lateral directions of a display device such as a liquid crystal cell to the direction of a user and which adds directivity to the reflection characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A diffusive reflector to diffuse and reflect light has the following rugged face pattern. The rugged face includes perpendicular faces(a) and inclined faces(b) with respect to the base surface of the diffusive reflector and shows a saw tooth cross-sectional form. The saw tooth cross section of the perpendicular faces and the inclined faces are continuously repeated. The inclination angle of the perpendicular face ranges from 75 to 105 angular degrees with respect to the base surface, and the inclined face shows at least two different groups of inclination angles with respect to the base surface, with one angle group ranging from 0 to 20 angular degrees and the other group ranging from 10 to 30 angular degrees. The inclined face is the continuous rugged face having a wavy cross section having amplitudes perpendicular to the saw tooth cross section.
