PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a board is characterized by using used resource and protecting natural environment. The board is capable of applying in many quarters and generating useful ingredients to the human body. CONSTITUTION: The board plank is obtained by a process containing the steps of: preparing a frame(10) on a lower part of a press(P); mixing 57-69.5% of wet pulp, 2-4% of charcoal, 8-15.5% of lime powder, 3-8% of germanium powder, 1-3% of cnidium and Korean angelica root powder and 1-2.5% of pulsatilla oil to manufacture a mixture(20); laying Korean paper(30) in the frame, spreading the mixture(20) on the Korean paper and covering with the other Korean paper to laminate the mixture; compressing the laminated material with the press(P) to form a temporary board(40); drying the wet board; and then spraying pulsatilla oil on both sides of the board to deposit a protecting layer(60). |
