PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing process of a food preventing neuralgia, arthritis, osteoporosis and the like. The manufactured food provides calcium, phosphorus, and minerals, and thus prevents neuralgia, arthritis, osteoporosis and the like. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process of a food preventing neuralgia, arthritis, osteoporosis and the like comprises the steps of: completely drying 10 wt.% of a deer horn, 10 wt.% of Achyranthes japonica, 10 wt.% of Cuscuta japonica, 55 wt.% of Phlomis umbrosa, and 15 wt.% of Carthamus tinctorius seeds in the shade, followed by mixing and pulverizing the mixture thereof; inserting 10-20 wt.% of the mixed powder into a container then followed by adding 3-5 times of water thereto and boiling at 100-130 deg.C for 8 hours to give concentrate; mixing concentration with the remaining powder; and forming the mixture thereof into granules.
