PURPOSE: A device for producing a water conduit is provided to acquire the convenience and accuracy of controlling the rotational speed of a winding roller of a winding portion and a rotary body of a drip supplying apparatus according to a change of the rotational speed of the winding roller of the winding portion. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a drip supplying portion(110), a resin forming portion for forming a tube(T), a sizing portion(130), a cooling portion(140) having a mangle(140A) so that a drip continuously supplied at a time interval by the drip supplying portion(110) is attached to the tube(T) and a winding portion(150) provided at the back of the cooling portion(140) with respect to the progressing direction of the tube(T) for pulling out the tube(T).
