PURPOSE: A method of receiving data within a communication region of an RSU(Roadside Unit) in a DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) system is provided to check time stamps from each OBU(On Board Unit), to decide that an OBU having time stamp frequency more than a certain value is within the communication region, and to receive the data, thereby increasing reliability on traffic information. CONSTITUTION: When an OBU entering a communication region of an RSU transmits an access request message to the RSU(S101), the RSU displays a time stamp on the access request message by using an OBU ID and time information(S102). The RSU checks whether frequency of the time stamp is more than a certain value designated by a manager(S103). If so, the RSU sets a channel for transceiving data in the OBU(S104), and receives traffic information from the OBU(S105). The received traffic information is transmitted to a local server(S106).
