PURPOSE: A communication device between loser systems in a multi-communication system is provided to make lower systems communicate directly with each other by implementing a switch for transmission and reception control in the lower systems and controlling the switch by an upper system. CONSTITUTION: A lower system(210) includes a CPU(211), a switch(212) and an amplifier(213). The CPU(211) includes a receiving end for receiving data from a main system(100), transmits data through a data transmitting terminal, and generates a switch control signal. The switch(212) connects a communication load only for transferring data or communicating with a different lower system according to the control signal generated from the CPU(211). The amplifier(213) amplifies a signal transmitted to a different lower system through the switch(211) or a signal received from a different lower system to a certain level.
