The heat pump has a heat exchanger formed as a coaxial tube, with the thermodynamic group mounted in a cavity (4) at least partially formed by moulding from a rigid insulant in which the heat exchanger is integrated. The moulding can be a block (10) with a cylindrical bore (11) to receive a heat exchanger.
