<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming management system capable of receiving without delay even when a main person in charge cannot receive, and grasping the situation received by other person in charge. <P>SOLUTION: A client identification medium is provided with a recording part for recording personal information of a client and an antenna part for transmitting the personal information. An entry reception means is provided with a reader for reading the personal information from the client identification medium and a communication means for sending the personal information to a management server. The management server is provided with a receiving sequence recording means for recording the sequence of the person in charge to receive, a personal information receiving means for receiving the personal information, a notification means for notifying a terminal device of the incoming of the client on the basis of the receiving sequence, and a receiving record means for recording the receiving contents performed by the person in charge.
