PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully secure security and at the same time smoothly perform a series of linkage processing by switching a plurality of applications in the same communication session.

SOLUTION: When a preparation command where an identifier is given to each application is given to simultaneously utilize a plurality of applications AP1-AP3, a work area for each application is secured in a RAM 134. By giving an authentication command having a specific identifier, an authentication processing regarding a specific application is made, and the authentication result is stored at a work area for each application. The authentication result is utilized until a communication session is completed. A processing execution command where an identifier given to the application concerned is specified is given to allow a specific application to execute a desired processing.
