PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents transmission method, contents transmitter, contents transmission program, contents reception control method, contents reception controller, contents reception control program, and contents time control system that can completely correct an error in a transmission time between a plurality of streams caused when streams of a plurality of contents are transmitted to a network of a connection-less type or a connection type and a receiver side receives the streams. SOLUTION: The contents time control system 1 is provided with a time multiplexer 3 and an output time controller 5, the time multiplexer 3 uses a multiplexer section to multiplex reference time information generated by a reference time information generating section with contents, and transmits the result as a time information multiplexed stream, and the output time controller 5 uses a fixed delay section and a time control section to receive the stream and controls output time of the contents on the basis of the reference time information.
