<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business operations processing system that can reduce the number of man-hours for new development of an application. <P>SOLUTION: A PL part 120 displays a Web page of an input screen or the like on a display of a portable telephone 302. A FC part 112 calls the PL part 120 according to the stream of business operations. A BL part 114, based on a request from a flow control part 112, instructs a DA part 116 to access a database 118, or performs calculation processing concerning insurance service of provisional calculation of insurance expense or the like, and returns the result to the FC part 112. The DA part 116 inputs data or records a file to the database 118.
