<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein data entry becomes wrong in family budget management since memory is not definite. <P>SOLUTION: A paying-in/out person transmits attribute information of his own terminal and an amount of money, purchasing items, time-of-day, and other information related to paying-in/out of a family budget through a network 100 to a family budget record service 50 by using terminal devices such as his own portable telephone 10, a portable terminal 20, personal computer 30, and other user terminals 40. A family budget record service performs identification of the family budget, and records a paying-in/out amount of money, paying- in/out items of expenditure and time-of-day thereof. The paying-in/out person transmits information as needed, and accumulates family budget records. When a family budget manager desires to browse records of paying-in/out information of the accumulated family budget, he can browse from his own terminal device.
