PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator clutch of a hard disc, which can firmly maintain the locked state and make smooth and reliable locking or releasing. SOLUTION: This actuator clutch has a locking projection 331 and a latch 600 which is attached free to turn and block the room with the hook 620 for the movement of the locking projection 331 in the direction other than for parking when the magnetic head 500 is parking. And it has a lever 630 disposed to magnetically couple with the upper and lower yokes 400a, 400b at the same time, and a coil 640 to magnetize the yokes in the same polarity for the purpose of turning the latch 600 to release blocking by the hook 620 for the movement of the locking projection 331.
